Individual Sessions or Sessions that include family members- $200 per hour
I do not have a sliding scale fee.
Cancellation- If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify me 24 hours in advance. After the first occurrence, a no show fee of $50 will be charged at the discretion of the Clinician. Because insurance plans do not usually pay this fee, the Client will be responsible.
I am currently able to accept: Asuris, Kaiser (formerly Group Health), First Choice, BridgeSpan, Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW), Ambetter, Coordinated Care, Lifewise, Premera and Medicare. I may be able to take your BCBS, Regence or Tricare Insurance, please contact your insurance company to see if I am in network. I do accept state/Medicaid insurance if you are signed up with one of the above companies. Please be aware that you are responsible for checking to see what your copay/co-insurance is for a session as well as if you will need to pay a deductible for your plan.
The best way to check to see if I am in network for your insurance is to email me at lisa@ronningdickson.com or checking the preferred providers directory for your insurance company. I am often able to accept Insurance as out of network, however this may mean your copay or co-insurance is more than what you would pray with an in network provider.
I am unable to accept Molina Insurance at this time.
